Robin Mills, born in the UK, currently works in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, at the heart of the Middle Eastern oil business.

Mr. Mills has more than a decade of experience  in the international oil business, as a geologist and economist, with Shell and Dubai government companies. He was part of the team that led Shell’s re-entry to Iran after twenty years of absence. He has worked extensively on other major oil regions of the world, including Iraq, Qatar, Russia, the North Sea, Nigeria and Venezuela.

A speaker of five languages, including Arabic and Farsi, Mr. Mills holds an MA in Geology from Cambridge University, UK.
